Rental Exchanges and Returns
EXCHANGE FORM
Before starting the exchange process, please use our Measurement Guide, or watch the video to find the correct size you will need to exchange for. If you are exchanging for the same size due to damage you do not need to worry about the measurement.
To process your exchange please fill out the form linked below and place it inside the instrument case.
Exchange Form / Change Size or Replace Same
If you are local to our Cincinnati shop, simply stop by and we will handle the exchange.
If you are not in the Cincinnati area the exchange will be done by shipping the instrument (excludes basses). Please give us a call and we will go over the shipping details of the exchange.
RETURN FORM
Please fill out the form linked below if you need to return your instrument and close your account. You can fill out the form on your device and then print. Once the form is completed please place it inside the instrument case before returning the instrument to us.
If you are local to our Cincinnati shop, simply stop by and we will handle the return and close your account.
If you are not in the Cincinnati area the return will be done by shipping the instrument (excludes basses). Please give us a call and we will go over the return process with you in more detail.
